We tailor each partnership to meet your specific needs as a Broker. Typically, you’ll email us your loan file, and we’ll acknowledge receipt and begin processing within 24 hours. We'll submit the file for Underwriting and upon initial approval, we collect all necessary documents to satisfy the Underwriting conditions. Next Step Processing manages the closing coordination through the loan funding. Throughout the entire process, we keep you updated on your loan’s status, ensuring you’re always informed about its progress and completion timeline.

Within the First 24 Hours, We Will:

• Confirm receipt of the file by calling or emailing you.
• Enter the loan into our system and review the file for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze the DU/LP findings.
• Inform you of any missing items and address any questions regarding the file.
• Initiate an introductory call or email to the borrower(s) to request additional information or documents needed to meet the closing date (if authorized by you).
• Submit to Underwriting

1. Broker Processing Agreement: Fully complete and sign the Broker processing agreement, then return  to Ana via email to setup@nextstepprocessing.com.
2. Submit Your File: Email your loan documents as well as the completed Processing Check List to setup@nextstepprocessing.com. We will confirm receipt and begin processing your file within 24 hours.
